Would you say that you make your daily water intake goals? Let's back up. Do you even have a daily water intake goal?
It's recommended that you drink half of your body weight in water. I know that can seem like a lot, especially if you aren't one to drink water. Of course, I'm no Doctor, but there are so many health benefits to drinking water and staying hydrated.
It's no secret that water isn't the most yummy tasting drink out there, but it is the most beneficial and your body needs it!
Over the years, I have now gotten to the point where it is almost the only think I drink (notice I said years). One of the things that helps is fruit. I add all types of fruits to my water a boost. Here are some of my favorites.
- Lemons
- Strawberries
- Oranges
- Cucumbers
- Raspberries
- Limes
- Peaches
- Watermelon
