Yes. I use Swarovski crystals and high-quality glass rhinestones for my products. The product description will identify which stone is used.
All fully blinged cups are made with double wall stainless steel tumblers. Because stainless steel is more durable, fully blinged cups are not made with acrylic tumblers.
All acrylic cups are double wall.
All orders are shipped with the United States Postal Service (USPS). Your order is sent Priority mail with insurance and a tracking number. When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so that you can follow your order until it arrives.
I recommend receiving tracking text messages or emails, which you can sign up for on the USPS website or using the Shop app for iPhone and Android.

It depends on your purchase. If you purchased an in-stock item, your order will ship within 3 - 5 business days via USPS Priority Mail.
If you purchase a custom item, please refer to the item's description to see production time. Peak times such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas will also increase production time.
Shipping is free for all orders over $250.00.
Back to the South does not have a physical storefront.
