Do you use rhinestone sheets?
Absolutely not! Each rhinestone is individually placed on your product.
How long will it take to receive my order?
It depends on your purchase. If you purchased an in-stock item, your order will ship within 3 - 5 business days via USPS Priority Mail. If you purchase a custom item, please refer to the item's description to see production time. Peak times such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas will also increase production time.
Do you use Swarvoski Crystals?
Yes. I use Swarovski crystals and high-quality glass rhinestones for my products. The product description will identify which stone is used.
Are your cups double or single wall?
All fully blinged cups are made with double wall stainless steel tumblers. Because stainless steel is more durable, fully blinged cups are not made with acrylic tumblers.
Can I put hot and cold drinks in my cup?
Your stainless steel cup, acrylic cup and mug can hold hot and cold beverages.
Your wine glass can hold only cold beverages.
Can I wash my product in the dishwasher?
No. All items must be hand washed and air drying is recommended.
Shipping Questions
How long will it take to receive my order?
It depends on your purchase. If you purchased an in-stock item, your order will ship within 5 -7 business days via UPS. This does not include shipping time. The 5 - 7 days is processing time. If you purchase a custom item, please refer to the item's description to see production time. Peak times such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas will also increase production time.
I need my order rushed. Will I get my product in time?
That depends on when you need it. If it is not an in-stock item, we will need to discuss your timeline before you place your order. Send me an email. Please note that all rush orders will incur an additional $75 rush fee.
How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped with the United States Postal Service (USPS). Your order is sent Priority mail with insurance and a tracking number. When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so that you can follow your order until it arrives.
I recommend receiving tracking text messages or emails, which you can sign up for on the USPS website or using the Shop app for iPhone and Android.

I'm local to the Raleigh-Durham area. Can I pick up my order in person?
No, because Back to the South does not have a physical storefront.
All items are shipped. If you are local and your product is ready around the time I am a vendor at a market, you are more than welcome to come by at that time to pick up your purchase.
Do you offer refunds?
Because the shop is closing, refunds and exchanges are not allowed.
