Shipping Policy

Back to the South Bling uses the United Postal Service (UPS) and United States Postal Shipping Service (USPS) for shipping.

When your package is shipped, you will receive an email notification along with your tracking number.

Please note that once USPS or UPS has your package, Back to the South Bling does not have control over the time it will take for you to receive your package. If you have questions on when your package will be received, please contact the shipping carrier.

Return Policy

There are no returns or refunds on custom and personalized orders.

Returns must be made within 7 days of initial delivery.   Buyer is responsible for return shipping.  

All original product tags and labels must be attached to return items.  If tags and labels are not attached, the item will be subject to a 40% restocking fee.

We DO NOT accept items that have been worn, abused, altered, soiled, stained, washed, or damaged in any way.

Please avoid getting makeup, deodorant, creams, lotions, bodily fluids, and other similar stains on items when trying on. Items received in such condition will be rejected and returned to the customer.

Last chance and clearance items are final sale.

Damaged or Defective Goods

We do our best to package and protect your items so that they arrive undamaged. Unfortunately, we cannot control how your package is handled on its way to you.

However, rest assured, if your item(s) arrived damaged, here's what to do!

  1. Take a picture of the damaged item and the packaging(we'll need this to file a claim with our shipping vendor.
  2. Send the pictures to Damaged@BackToTheSouthBling.com with the subject line: Damaged order
  3. We will respond within 24 business hours as to how soon we will be shipping your replacement!
