Shipping Policy
Back to the South Bling uses the United Postal Service (UPS) for shipping.
When your package is shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.
Please note that once UPS has your package, Back to the South Bling does not control the time it will take for you to receive it. If you have questions about when your package will be received, please contact the shipping carrier.
If you have questions or issues with your package upon delivery, please email Shop@Backtothesouthbling.com.

Return Policy
The shop is closing. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Damaged or Defective Goods
We do our best to package and protect your items so that they arrive undamaged. Unfortunately, we cannot control how your package is handled on its way to you.
However, rest assured, if your item(s) arrived damaged, here's what to do!
- Take a picture of the damaged item and the packaging(we'll need this to file a claim with our shipping vendor.
- Send the pictures to Damaged@BackToTheSouthBling.com with the subject line: Damaged order
- We will respond within 24 business hours as to how soon we will be shipping your replacement!
