Step #2: You will receive a response within 48 business hours.
Step #3: Once we have finalized your order request, you will receive an invoice. An order completion date and shipping date are included on your invoice.
Please note:Finalizing your order may involve a phone call as we have learned that a call can clear any confusion and clarify your order request to ensure we are on the same page.
Step #4: Once your invoice is paid, your order will be placed in our order queue.

Due to the customization and personalization, there are no refunds for custom orders.
Pricing varies depends on the complexity of the design, quantity purchased, and materials. All custom orders will have a $35 set-up and design fee.
Due to the customization of your order, payment must be paid in full before your order is placed in our queue. Partial payments will not be accepted.

Once you have filled out the inquiry form and we have discussed your order, you will receive an estimate for your custom order.
If you would like to move forward, you will be sent an invoice to be paid in full.
Partial payments are not allowed for custom orders.
There is a $24.99 design and setup fee added to all custom orders.

Your estimate will include how your order will ship. Once shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
