Step 2
Invoice & shipping date
Once we have finalized your order request, you will receive an invoice. An order completion date and shipping date are included on your invoice.
Please note:Finalizing your order may involve a phone call as we have learned that a call can clear any confusion and clarify your order request to ensure we are on the same page.
Step 3
We'll make it & send it!
Once your invoice is paid, your order will be placed in our order queue to be handcrafted. You'll be notified when it's shipped.

Minimum quantities depend on the product being ordered. While not all inclusive, below is a listing.

How much are custom orders?
Custom orders vary in price based on design complexity, products, quantity, etc.
Once you have filled out the inquiry form and we have discussed your order, you will receive an estimate for your custom order.
If you would like to move forward, you will be sent an invoice to be paid in full.
Partial payments are not allowed for custom orders.
There is a $35 design and setup fee added to all custom orders.

Do you offer samples?
No, not at this time.
Do you offer refunds for custom orders?
Due to the customization and personalization, there are no refunds for custom orders.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Turnaround time depends on complexity of design, quantity ordered, etc.
When your estimate is sent to you, it will include the date of completion and shipping date.
When will my order ship?
Your estimate will include how your order will ship. Once shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
