It depends. Items that are pre-made and ready to ship will have Ready to Ship in the title of the item. You can find all Ready to Ship items by clicking on the Ready to Ship Item navigation item under shop.

It depends on your purchase. If you purchased an in-stock item, your order will ship within 3 - 5 business days via USPS Priority Mail. If you purchase a custom item, please refer to the item's description to see production time. Peak times such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas will also increase production time.

Absolutely! Those are the most fun and are my specialty.  If you want your cup to have your name, represent your sorority or fraternity, your birthday, your company logo, your name, your initials, or any other idea, we will work together to create the design you’re looking for.

Yes.  I use Swarovski crystals and high-quality glass rhinestones for my products. The product description will identify which stone is used.

All fully blinged cups are made with double wall stainless steel tumblers. Because stainless steel is more durable, fully blinged cups are not made with acrylic tumblers.
All acrylic cups are double wall.

• Your stainless steel cup can hold hot and cold beverages.
• Your acrylic cup can hold cold and warm beverages.
• Your mug can hold hot and cold beverages.
• Your wine glass can hold cold beverages.

No. All items must be hand washed and air drying is recommended.

All orders are shipped with the United States Postal Service (USPS). Your order is sent Priority mail with insurance and a tracking number. When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so that you can follow your order until it arrives.

I recommend receiving tracking text messages or emails, which you can sign up for on the USPS website or using the Shop app for iPhone and Android.
